"In Flight" is a companion piece to "Passengers" installed at the Tampa International Airport in 2006. The project is a suite of four glass mosaic murals. All four designs derive from photographic images of people experiencing air travel, either sitting in their seats on the plane sometimes with family, sleeping, working, whiling away their time from here to there, or referencing the unique experiences that we share at the airport.
