The overarching theme of "Seeing Blue" is the connection between the architectural structures that literally are bridges, links between communities, and to recognize the students here at Chiawana High School that are the future and the life blood of this community. Pasco High School is also recognized as part of Chiawana legacy by making its first building a part of the design. Blue is an important identifying color for Chiawana, the motto "See Blue In All You Do" guides students to understand their responsibility to develop a moral and ethical grounding and to have the courage to achieve.
